Terms of Use for CalSyncAlert

CalSyncAlert is an iOS application distributed via the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using CalSyncAlert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CalSyncAlert, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this application.

2. License Agreement

CalSyncAlert is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of CalSyncAlert is governed by the terms of the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Required Permissions

CalSyncAlert requires access to your iOS Calendar to function properly. By using this app, you agree to grant the necessary calendar access permissions. You can revoke these permissions at any time through iOS Settings.

4. Use of the Application

You may use CalSyncAlert for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the application

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of CalSyncAlert, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of techback and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CalSyncAlert is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, techback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use CalSyncAlert, including but not limited to missed alarms or calendar synchronization issues.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms. Your continued use of CalSyncAlert after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Apple App Store applications, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Termination

These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies from your devices.
