Terms of Use for Taskin

Taskin is a macOS application distributed via the Mac App Store. By downloading, installing, or using Taskin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Taskin, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this application.

2. License Agreement

Taskin is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of Taskin is governed by the terms of the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Use of the Application

• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the application

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Taskin, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of techback and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Taskin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, techback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use Taskin.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Mac App Store applications.

10. Termination

These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
