IntervalTimer Duo is licensed, not sold, to you for use in accordance with these terms.

3. Purchases

The app can be used for free, and the full version is available through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase of US$2.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency). This is a single payment that unlocks the full version permanently for your Apple ID; it is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. Any refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

4. Use of the Application

You may use IntervalTimer Duo for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or use the application for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and functionality of IntervalTimer Duo are the exclusive property of techback.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

IntervalTimer Duo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law

11. Termination

Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms.
