These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KeepBy application ("this app"). By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
This app helps you track expiry dates, warranties, insurance renewals and maintenance, receive reminders, manage a shared shopping list, and share spaces with others. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.
You are responsible for the content you enter (item names, dates, photos, notes). When you invite others to a shared space with an invite code, you are responsible for who you share the code with. Your data is stored on our cloud backend and you can delete your account and all data at any time from within the app; see our Privacy Policy for details.
This app offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time (lifetime) purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Use of in-app purchases is also governed by the Apple standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
This app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reminders and notifications are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on your device settings, permissions, and operating system. You should not rely solely on the app for time-critical matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including spoiled food, expired warranties, or missed reminders, arising from the use or inability to use the app.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. You may also permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete account). To minimise stored data, accounts with no activity for 24 months are automatically deleted. These Terms remain in effect while you use the app.
