Every card keeps one timeline of what happened — added, done, stock, due date and assignee changes — together with comments. Members of the space get a push notification when someone comments.

Your items sync through our secure backend so they work across your devices and with the people you share with, protected by encryption in transit and per-user access controls. Reading a photo for autofill runs entirely on your device; if it contains a barcode, only the barcode number is looked up online. Photos attached to an item — including the one you used for autofill, unless you remove it — sync to your space, and only members of that space can see them. You can permanently delete your account and all data anytime from Settings.
Yes — a medium widget shows your upcoming to-dos across all your spaces at a glance, color-coded by how soon they're due. Tap it to open To-do, or tap Add to add a to-do right away.
Items in spaces you own, plus to-dos you added by hand that aren't done yet. Items in spaces someone else shares with you don't count. If a Pro subscription lapses, sharing keeps working for 14 days. After that, if you're over the limit, nothing is deleted: you choose which 10 to keep watching, and the rest are archived — they stay in your list but don't send reminders or appear in To-do. Upgrading brings them all back.
