Welcome to IntervalTimer Duo for macOS, a versatile dual-timer app perfect for interval training, the Pomodoro Technique, and any activity requiring timed intervals.

macOS-Specific Features

1. Getting Started

Installation

1 Download IntervalTimer Duo from the Mac App Store
2 Open IntervalTimer Duo from Applications or Launchpad
3 Set your desired timer durations and start timing

3. Compact Mode

Compact mode shrinks the window to a minimal size, perfect for keeping the timer visible while working.

Enabling Compact Mode

1 Open Settings (⌘,)
2 Go to the Appearance tab
3 Toggle "Compact mode" on
Tip: Combine Compact mode with "Always on top" for the perfect unobtrusive timer setup.

4. Always on Top

Keep IntervalTimer visible above all other windows, even when working in other applications.

Enabling Always on Top

1 Open Settings (⌘,)
2 Go to the Appearance tab
3 Toggle "Always on top" on
